I have 4 overripe bananas so about to make 2 loaves of banana bread and bring one to my friends house later today. Both of us have had so much life garbage that this will be the first time our families have just hung out together in like 3 or 4 (maybe 5?) years.

I was having a hankering for some homemade southern dumplings, but have a pescatarian child so just made tilapia, shrimp, and dumplings entirely on the fly.

Shockingly, it didn't come out terrible.
