I will never respect nor have a shred of empathy for trump voters. I'm originally from France, I've heard all the family stories about how nazism impacted us. How my great uncle was tortured and executed by the gestapo. How my grandfather and my uncles wound up in the Maquis, how my grandmother survived interrogation. How my mother couldn't stand the sound of airplanes or knocks on doors until the day she died.
Dear CoSo veterans, thinking of you. Knowing some of you have been through Hell and that can follow you home. Thinking of you watching your oath, your sense of patriotism and duty getting perverted in the political sphere.
