Couldn’t go to PT but my experienced therapist called me back. She believes I kicked up my arthritic inflammation while packing/moving/unpacking Aug-Oct.

The course of oral steroids should calm the inflammation. If not, next step is steroid injections into spine.

Today, I must lay on sleeping pad to calm my back/hips long enough to pick up steroids CVS 2 miles away.

As long as I have logical explanations, I can deal. And thankfully no catastrophic conditions.
