This pain in my upper chest makes itself known. It's like when the neighbor in WV was terrorizing us, so I figure it's an anxiety thing. So I try and distract myself.

Tachycardia is a new word in my vocabulary. Ended up in ER by ambulance week ago yesterday. Symptoms have started up again twice since. Have to control my emotions lest I go to ER again.

@Sheree Not only did this country screw us with Trump, they gave him all the power with the other branches. I know a lot of Christians are on this site and I don’t mean to insult them, but my rage toward organized religion is at an all time high. Resistance should have been Merrick Garland doing his job, there is no resistance now only acceptance.

@Sheree I stopped watching all news shows. I think the major networks are complicit profiteers. I’ve been walking around 6 to 10 miles a week, that helps. For now like many I will try to blunt it out. I could barely read that posted document because he called Vivek a great patriot. The USA is now run by a felonious insurrectionist traitor who walks in and dressing teens, rapes and suggests pussy grabbing, felates microphones and talks about cocks. But the Christians aren’t embarrassed.
@MidnightRider I couldn't agree more about the news. It is just dreck. I fact-check everything from source, which takes forever & is exhausting. I'm a retired gal, so I can do this, but I never could have when I was working full time & raising a family. I can see how people have been duped by the BS they are fed. Keep doing what you can for your mental & physical well-being. Enjoy those walks, I find my time outdoors so healing. Sending you hugs 🫂.
