When I send you the module to check, you're supposed to actually check it. If you tell me that it's all good and then find issues after publication, then you have just made all of our lives more difficult than they had to be.
I'll fix the issues, but there's a process to republication, and it's going to take longer than you'd like for me to get it back out the door again. #InstructionalDesign

True story: me and another guy got told a thing's deadline was moved up. We worked crazy fast for three days, got in super early so we didn't have to stay super late. 5pm Friday, we finish our internal review, I send my doc to him, he emails it ot client. bing.. "out of office message"
