Drag Queens reading to children wasn't my idea and I think it's an odd choice but it's not in any way about making kids trans or sexualising them. Not trying to disagree with your basic points, btw, I just tend to remind ppl that genetics isn't cut & dry, nor is sex (https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0149763420306540 ~0.2% of ppl are intersex), & certainly not gender. I also feel like pointing out that although genetics, sex & gender overlap & interact, they are none of them fully synchronous.

Suffice to say I don't like to see intolerance being touted as acceptable or excused with science or pseudoscience. Not accusing, just simplifying a deeply complex series of thots into an essential position.
