Mmmmm...just been through that myself, though clearly not as bad (right now). Upgraded from the witchhazel+aloe thingies to the tube o' treatment (still OT) for the first time. Hoping just a one-off. Relief pretty quickly, but assume it's the sort of thing that can be progressive.
