I have an issue with this NPR piece.

There's no enforcement mechanism for the Supreme Court ethics standards.

The article does mention this, but not in the headline. Given how few readers get past a headline, that's significant in how it shapes the electorate.

NPR is one of those institutions that I appreciate the need to contribute to, but they keep coming up short with shit like this. Would they be better if I donated, or would they just do more subpar journalism?
