So, maybe the plan all along was to move Wagner fighters to Belarus under the pretext of "exile" from where they could launch cross-border attacks against the Baltic states [Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania] but as "private contractors" - thereby causing confusion to delay or prevent those NATO members from invoking Article 5 of the NATO defence treaty! Evil and Machiavellian!
