Have basically been eating healthy & not particularly heavy. Today at work had a birthday luncheon & had a grilled cheese with tomato/bacon with fries, topped off by cake dessert (celebrating office summer birthdays of which I'm one). Anyway I've been so full since then & have a mild stomachache. Tums arent really working☹
