Happy Sunday!☕ Healthier eating resolution 8 months old & still going strong!💪 Yes, have had some cravey bumps in the road along the way, but stay committed. Have lost 33 lbs. in the process. My new obsession is Dave's Killer 21-grain bread cuz i love my carbs!🍞 Delicious, lo-cal & makes the cutest little sandwiches! Miss having chocolate chip ice cream, but i know it'll still be there when I'm ready.

I rarely eat bread these days myself. But this bread was recommended to me by the nutritionist. So i tried it, and it was awesome.
Great on you. About the same time on the journey to making me better. Yay us! And yes, ice cream is there waiting when we deem it eligible.

@CinnamonGirlE i only have carbs once a day. Frontloading the day, having caybs for brunch/lunch (i never eat breakfast cuz it's too early for my stomach lol) & filling in mid-afternoon snack with banana, almonds or raisins. Dinner is a light meal. My danger zone is after dinner which was always when I'd crave chips etc. But i know every day I'm closer to success.

Yes, i protein load the first part of my day and fill the end up with veggies. Fruit here and there. Limited, very limited carbs or processed anything. Same here. Not where I want to be, but happy on the journey. And with current success.

@CinnamonGirlE That's excellent. I'm more of a veggie person too...prefer it over fruit. Also didn't realize how much i enjoy salads!🥗 U have every right to be proud & wishing u continued good health & success!🤗
