If expressive businesses can now legally discriminate against people for no other reason than beliefs (Especially beliefs not enshrined in their Holly text) then they should be required to publicly display what groups they don’t serve.
Let’s all go back to hanging up signs that say “Whites only bake shop”
And see how people feel feel about that.

Colorado just needs to stipulate you need to publicly display whom you serve to avoid damages to you and the public.
No exactly, there’s no constitutional protection against declaring whom in the public you serve.
