If expressive businesses can now legally discriminate against people for no other reason than beliefs (Especially beliefs not enshrined in their Holly text) then they should be required to publicly display what groups they don’t serve.

Let’s all go back to hanging up signs that say “Whites only bake shop”

And see how people feel feel about that.

Colorado just needs to stipulate you need to publicly display whom you serve to avoid damages to you and the public.

@BlastBunny people and dollars vote with their feet.

If a bakeshop has a problem with a wedding cake for our mixed race daughter, it should be on its website, and front window.

I can throw a rock in Arizona and hit an alternative bakeshop, it would bounce from there and hit a real estate agent.
More dollars for people that aren't bigoted.

@SECRET_ASIAN_MAN

No exactly, there’s no constitutional protection against declaring whom in the public you serve.
