OK LETS LEARN WORD ROOTS
âHomoâ is a Latin word root, translated to âManâ
âHomo Sapiensâ literally translates to âWise manâ
âCisâ is a Latin word root meaning âOn this sideâ or âTypicalâ in English.
Scientific terms arenât slurs, homo in a scientific sense isnât a slur. And neither is Cis.
Homo and Cis arenât there to demean theyâre there to DESCRIBE SOMETHING
TYRANNOSAURUS REX isnât called âKing of Tyrant Lizardsâ as an insult.
Itâs just a Latin descriptor.
@BlastBunny Right? Elmo's whining crybaby cultists are just so pillowy and soft. Words that they can't grasp the meaning of are scary and hurtful. #politics
Like I didnât think we would have to explain word roots to people. But here we are.
Like this is basic fucking English.
And by the way as an added point a metric fuck ton of words contain the word root âCisâ
Like the word âdeCISionâ
And âConCISeâ
Because thatâs how words work, word roots that mean things are combined to describe something.
These people donât even know how basic fucking English works.
@BlastBunny, Of course, they don't! Intellect and intellectual pursuits are like toxic poison to rwnj's. Like pigs with a pile of poop and mud, they love to roll about in their ignorance. #politics
These are the same people who say they donât have pronouns
A guy said that to me once.
I asked him âSo if I refer to you as he/him, that would be incorrect?â
They got so god damned confused.
I shouldnât be shocked people are this dim but god damn itâs exhausting
