Rep. Mace can change her body, but not someone with the medical condition of gender dysphoria.
@Bix I see your point, now but it wasn’t clear that was it when I first signed in.
I’m just making the point —as a mother of daughters -that the attacks on appearance of women everywhere on social media are disempowering to more than just the subject.
I feel the same about MTG, whom I can’t stand even though I’ve never met her. It’s not someone’s appearance to me.. it is their actions.

I get very angry when people use transsexuals as punching bags.
A friend has a trans adult child, he didn't choose to have this condition.

I am a woman and I am raising two of them so I get tired of every single little thing being about our appearance. We are damned if we do and damned if we don't.
The amount of hatred and deliberate intimidation online is off the charts so I speak my mind.
