Last post of the day. Have a good night/day/ Happy Thanksgiving to those that celebrate.

Panda says goodnight.

Tomorrow's plans. Make a vegan Thanksgiving dinner, and do one last check to make sure my Invincible Iron-Man collection is complete.

332 reg issues, 15 Annuals, and 1 Manual.

I've had a stroke of weird luck with this series. Number 1 was with a couple of other key issues like Captain America 100 in a friend's garage, He said I could have them or toss them. 😕

A third of the collection was sold to me for $75 in the 90s.

X-Men 16 / November 4, 1965

Art by: Jack Kirby, Dick Ayers, and Sam Rosen

My oldest and favorite silver age cover from the X-Men series.

On a rampage From Mexico to NYC just to kidnap someone, the Rhino was never known for stealth. - Amazing Spider-Man 41

Amazing Spider-Man - Annual 23 / May 2, 1989

Part 4 in Atlantis Attacks, a crossover with all the Marvel Annuals in 1989. Cover by John Byrne. This is also Rob Liefield's first assignment with Marvel (/groan).

My first annual. I got it from a Maverick's gas station during the summer of 1989 in Richfield, Utah. As you can see this was long before I started properly storing comics.

Amazing Spider-Man 41/ July 7, 1966

Just arrived today. Making it my oldest in the series... until next week. I am trying to contain my excitement. This is my favorite series.

First appearance of Rhino. In this issue, Spider-Man rescues J.J. Jamesons' son John. You would think he would hold off on the Spiderslayers and hiring the Punisher to go after Spider-Man.. but no.

The grumpiest kitten ever has threatened to bite me if I make him get out of bed.

Captain America 104 - 108, 110, 113, & 118. 1968 - 1969.

from eBay seller ajmud I didn't need 102, 103, or 116. But it was far cheaper to buy a collection than individual issues. Some day I am going to have to do something with all the duplicates.

118 is the third appearance of Falcon.

Tomb Of Dracula 28, 42, 46, 53-57, 60-63, & 65-66, / 1974 - 1978

Arrived from eBay today. From seller wheattradinguser

Lando inserted himself at the last moment.

Going through more duplicates.

Whenever I see a Death high cost of living in a bargain bin I pick it up. It seems criminal for it to be there.

The grumpiest kitten ever is not happy about no longer being the youngest in the house.

Rom 1 / September 4, 1979

First appearance of Rom and the Spaceknights.

I paid $7 for this, most of which was shipping. The seller gave little details and a grainy picture of the front cover, so no surprise that I won it for so little. A 9.0 runs about $150. So, I got what I paid for.

Will look for another copy.

Good morning. Coffees brewing. Time to entertain kittens and catalog comics.

I am leaning toward naming this one Gungi. After a Wookie in Star Wars.

Last post for the day. Have a good day/night.

Tilly and Lando taking a nap.
