@Astartiel 45 is a greater threat since he had full access and still does to a certain degree.

Former presidents are kept up to date with current world affairs if im not mistaken.

It's very simple. I don't make it often because saffron is so expensive, but you only need a few threads. I keep fresh cardamom pods on hand. It's worth it but I'm sure you could use ground cardamom.
