I am on an alcohol break, I’m not a heavy drinker, but a couple weekends in a row I drank three days in a row at my bodies limit, and I could feel it.

Furthermore, I had low-key withdrawal symptoms starting the day after I decided to not have alcohol through the rest of the month! Heart palpitations, sleep cycle disruption grrr

I made some of this last night, it’s very good it’s like broth soup! def getting more although not sure if it’s why I had a hard time sleeping still

i’ve added filters to help cope through our insane US election period.
