To celebrate the day, I am playing the 1979 Theatrical Release version of "Alien". That is, after spending 30 minutes fixing my PS4. Only reason I still have it is that it plays Blu-Ray disks.

Really? YOU'RE the lawyer. Basically, the grown up in this situation. Your client, while certainly in line to express their desires, is not in charge here. Don't let your client run amok then just shrug your shoulders.

"I didn't like the previous outcome" is not a basis to ask for a new trial. No lawyer worthy of the title should ever submit that.

IMO, not enough lawyers get punished severely enough for such garbage to even being to discourage it.

It's amazing how much e-mail I used to get on the daily from my previous work code. But now that I'm fully on my new code, with my old equipment turned in, I was able to be removed from 2 distribution lists.

I went from my day starting with 100+ unread...to 8.

When I think about you I flag myself.

Up, at work, and dealing with a significant lack of sleep. But I'm here, doing my thing, and working through the difficulties. Also, I find moving helps with the physical pain, so there will be more of that.
