I have an idea that would help with all the fake and scam products being sold.

Start holding the places where they advertise accountable. Ad on FB for fake products? Allow people to litigate against FB for promoting the item. Fake products on Amazon? Sue Amazon for allowing it on their marketplace.

Yes, I know that's not going to happen. But I'd love, just once, to see a judge make some big media company explain themselves.
