Today has turned into a slog. But at least thibgs were accomplished. Now to get through the last 2 hours without losing what's left of my mind. I don't mind people being out on leave, but it makes sitting in the office here a bit lonely.

Well that's a bit of a let down. I slated several hours of my day to work on a task that took...15 minutes.

Lots going on at work today. I don't mind busy, but this is quite a lot. At least I can prioritize things so it's not overwheling. And none of this is particularly difficult. Just a nice list of important things going on. Makes me feel good to easily justify my existence.

Given the number of GOP members who were against certifying the 2020 election (in favor of TFG), how many of them were on the same ballot? Would they abdicate their office for him? No, I don't think they would.

This Monday, I have very little care for people being petty, nasty, or otherwise horrible. Quite honestly the number of stories to start my day about how someone quite honestly went out of their way to ruin something for someone else is just tiresome.

Already spent my weekend dealing with a neighbor who poses a risk to others, and may be a danger on Halloween next week. I'm just done.

Yes I'm dressing up for Halloween this year. And I will be the legendary house that gives away full-sized candy bars. Not a lot of kids in my neighborhood, so should have more than enough. Just hope they come down the street. I think I'll set up at the end of my driveway so they can see.

Helpful hint. You don't have to worry about when to start "holiday shopping" if you don't buy anything.

Friday is looking to be a day of getting small tasks out of the way. Nothing that looks too complicated, just a list of them. So with a smidge of luck I should be feeling quite accomplished by noon.
