Bob Marley & The Wailers - One Love/People Get Ready
Let them all pass all their dirty remarks (one love)
There is one question I'd really love to ask (one heart)
Is there a place for the hopeless sinners
Who has hurt all mankind just to save his own?

The Pixies - Head On
And the world could die in pain
And I wouldn't feel no shame
And there's nothing holding me to blame
Makes you want to feel, makes you want to try
Makes you want to blow the stars from the sky
And I'm taking myself to the dirty part of town
Where all my troubles can't be found
The Jesus and Mary Chain - Never Understand
Stop, turn around and take a look at me
Why don't you take a close look and tell me what you see
The things I say, you only disagree
You'll never understand, that's what I want to be

The Posies - Burn and Shine
Your father says your mother says
She does not want to tell you
As if she didn't know you
And in the dream everyone is holding hands
In a circle and you heal
Sugar - A Good Idea
Some things are best left alone
Sometimes I'm best left alone
And sometimes I see you in the water
At night at night at night
Bad Religion - Stranger Than Fiction
In my alley 'round the corner,
there's a wino with feathered shoulders
And a spirit giving head for crack,
he'll never want it back
There's a little kid and his family
eating crackers like Thanksgiving
And a pack of wild desperadoes
scornful of living
Just a reminder that we are watching three low-rent Thanksgiving-themed slashers on Saturday night...
Many people agree that "Die Hard" is a Christmas #movie -- but don't forget that Alfred Hitchcock's "Psycho" is also a Christmas film!
The story opens on December 11, & when Marion Crane is leaving town (w/the stolen money), she sees her boss walk by -- AND -- the streets of Phoenix are clearly decorated for Christmas!
Ho ho ho! Be sure to add "Psycho" to your list of holiday favorites (& not just for Mother's Day)!
You can see the scene here:

I’m going to watch The Crow cause I feel like kicking lots of asses and crying my heart out.

Hey CoSo #CoSobooks #CoSowriters and #authors! I'm getting ready to publish my book about being a homeless #punk kid in San Francisco!
I'm not the best at promoting my personal work, but if you want to check out the latest update, it's here: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/violetblue/a-fish-has-no-word-for-water/posts/3672674
Editing in progress, and how "orphan Thanksgiving" -- thanks to the adult care circles that formed around us homeless kids -- expanded our chosen family.
Hey #coso, here is a short #horror story I posted on my blog for free:
The 80 Wisdom Sayings of the Vikings
Over 1,000 years old, the Hávamál is a series of Old Norse poems from the Viking age. Stanzas 1-80 include a collection of proverbs and wisdom sayings that are attributed to the god Odin. The maxims deal with the rules of being a guest and showing hospitality — behaviors that for the Vikings were more than a matter of etiquette, but of honor. They also concern general counsels for how a man should conduct himself and live worthily.

How do you visualize the history of hip-hop? Or jazz?
The inventive team behind the U.K.-based design studio Dorothy have painstakingly mapped out the history of #music genre by genre.
Dorothy’s Blueprint series charts the pioneers and greats who transformed rock and roll, jazz, and hip-hop in gilded screen-prints. The trio of metallic designs, plus three more devoted to alternative, electronic, and dance music, are available in the Dorothy shop.
I don’t have anything to sell.
I don’t know anything to tell.
