Okay, I'm done with anger today.
If you need to relax, my Whale Sharks can help.
It's been a week.
I've seen a lot... a LOT of dissecting the Harris campaign looking for the "what went wrong" story and while they all raise points worth talking about no one brings up the most obvious one.
This country will not elect a female President.
This is a country where a small "christian" majority thinks that if things aren't done their way then tey are being persecuted, and in the past week alone tried to mansplain the source of The Handmaid's Tale to its author.
It was the sexism, stupid.
Turns out that we were comparing his speech in Madison Square Garden to the wrong Nazi Rally.
We should have compared it to the one given in Germany on January 30, 1939.
Sarah McBride!!!!!
Well shit. So much for that idea.
"Under Florida law, if a voter has an out-of-state conviction, Florida will defer to that state’s laws for how a felon can regain his or her voting rights.
"For Trump, that means he will benefit from a 2021 New York law that allows people with felony convictions to vote as long as they’re not serving a term of incarceration at the time of the election."
Apparently enough people asked that CNN looked into it.

As promised, here is the link to my blog version of Radio Free California Episode 2445. Radio Station programming notes for the week are there, but no ranting or cheap shots. I figure we've all got enough on our plates today.

I'd like to report an illegally cast in Florida, easy to identify because it was televised. The offender:
Donald John Trump
You cannot vote in the state of Florida if you are a convicted felon, unless you have completed your sentance and paid any fines. He has not yet been sentenced, but he has NOT met the qualifications under Florida law.
Somebody aughtta look into that.
If you want an Election Day playlist of new music, here it is: Radio Free California Episode 2445!
We have new music this week from The Cure, Pixies, Amyl and the Sniffers, Halsey, Danny Elfman, Wishy, Lola Young, Dirty Loops, Bongloard, Lenny Kravitz, Sleater-Kinney, Envy of None, Julia Loagan, SWMRS, Illiterate Light and much more. Enjoy!
My blog version will be up later.
And if you haven't done it already #VOTE!
I recorded this in the Spring of 2016, in an effort to get young people to vote.
I'm amazed how relevant it still is.
I'm only keeping it up until the polls close tomorrow.
Bluh...
What a freakin' day. I may not get Radio Free California up until tomorrow, and I recognize that everyone is going to be having a DAY tomorrow.
