I love how on the Dark-Side mix of Peter Gabriel's "Playing For Time" from the new album i/o that you can hear the pedals being pressed and released on the piano in the beginning.
At first I didn't think much of this, but as you get further in the song you can really start to hear (and by that I mean NOT hear) what was added to the song for the final mix.
