Today, as much as any day really, many a politician will claim that what they do is what Martin Luther King Jr. would have done in their shoes. Many of them are flat out ridiculous and many are flat out lies. But I have a simple guide for you to see if they're telling the truth or if they're just trying to BS you.
Ask yourself this question: "Is the speaker white?"
Yes means they're full of shit.
No means give it a listen.
This works about 85% of the time.
