I don't believe for one second that the bulk of the US is on board with a lot of the Cockwombles plans. Most have found 1or 2 ideas in his agenda that triggered their vote. Thats why it's critical we stay in this fight, because 18 months into his admin the penny will drop, prices and the cost of living will rise fast if his tariff delusion is enacted and Middle America that gave him license will be getting very uncomfortable with their decision.

I'm done making predictions about "What the American people will do" based on my assumption of anything like their 'national character.'
I've already seen that, during the pandemic, millions of people chose to risk their lives and the lives of their children rather than engage in some simple and non-controversial preventive measures.
I can no longer assume that people have *even their own best interests at heart.*

This proposal by the Australian Government to ban FB, Tik Tok and X for under 16yo's will be a real legal battle, but it will save lives.
