If you've seen the evil garlic ad, you'd know, simply from the mention of garlic and the horror.

So if you have seen it, can you confirm?

I'm going to pin this thread and basically try to pinpoint how far it has spread. Maybe it's only being served in Denmark or in Europe. Maybe it's global. I'm not sure.

I know it's a weird request. If you happen to know how we could stop it from showing up, I would appreciate that.

Hi Web Sleuths! Can you help me track down the spread and perhaps the origins of what we've gotten to know at home as the "evil garlic ad"?

BACKGROUND
This ad is very gross so I won't share an image and ask that no one does on this thread. My husband is most repulsed by it, though I also find it upsetting. It's so bad that he has stopped visiting certain news sites or any websites he used to reguarly visit because it pops up.

@NIUPEOPLESCHAMP I am in the same boat, after years of living here. I can read it. I can write, though not gramatically. I can mostly understand what people are saying to me, though sometimes here in the countryside it can be hard. But I only speak very little and frankly most people prefer when I don't. πŸ˜†

@DarksideStraxus And even with all that it's mostly a fail. I asked an AI to generate images of a man turning into a wolf (for a lark), and this is what I got:

Gotta love how all the examples of "amazing" AI art people are posting on social media looks so plain and uninspired.

All the AI did was just take an existing photo and put through a bunch of Photoshop filters to make it look hand drawn.

@DarksideStraxus It is non-stop pilfering of real artists' signature style, and copyright violations. Otherwise, it's a complete mess. I can't see how it's going to play out, but there should be a class action suit for IP theft somewhere in the pipeline.

You know what would be cooler than AI art? Buying commissions from real artists so they can support themselves financially.

Just saying!

The late Dolores O'Riordan and the Cranberries with 'Zombie', just as relevant today as ever.

Ok, for reals this time. No more screen time. No more pic editing. Heading to dreamtown.
…just as soon as I can convince The Queen to free me.

@CMNnews What could possibly go wrong? Oh, yeah. When Musky automated vehicles, people died. We give too much power to people whose only talent is hoarding wealth at any cost.
