(There was another sign from the gods when, just after posting this random thought, my phone fell through the gaps on the mattress frame and I lost it for the duration of the night.)

Does anyone else recall when the Castaways on Gillian’s Island put on the musical version of Hamlet to the tune of Toreador from the Opera Carmen? That was some quality television. (Things that cross my mind when I should be sleeping.)

@99reasons4truth Try pepperoni and pineapple! I find it's a better combination than what many here call a 'Hawaiian' pizza. Which, if it were authentic Hawaiian, should probably be pineapple and SPAM. (I am not suggesting this pizza combination.)😉

I spent the weekend of Halloween re-watching Twin Peaks for the umpteenth time. To me, it's evergreen darkness with a dada magical mystery tour on the side. It's beautiful chaos. Fun fact: As I worked on my last book, during the scenes at the Everlasting Springs police department, I was in the Twin Peak's sheriff's office in my head. I did finish that book and sent it to my publisher. It's coming out in November!
