In case anyone has been following my project to get a homeless man I met through AA, help with his mental health & disability issues…

We got him back in contact with Medicaid today & got him signed up for help with the county mental health system. He has a scheduled psychiatrist appointment. They initiated getting him a case worker to be his advocate, beyond what I can do as just his friend

Tomorrow, hope to get psych meds started & a warm place to stay

So relieved I could cry
