Nervous today. I know I'll do fine, but I always have a healthy bit of anxiety to keep me grounded & humble.
I'm meeting with U.S. Senator Cory Booker (D-NJ) this afternoon to discuss a new initiative to introduce more services to homeless Veterans.
Our goal is to also include Reservists and National Guard Members into Federal Assistance where the individual states have failed to support these Servicemembers.
With the passing of the PACT act, Bookers office doesn't want to stop there.

Philadelphia buildings are lit up red, white and blue, I guess for Bastille Day. (It's a thing in Philadelphia. There's some sort of wait staff olympics.)
But some poor building decided to have the lights move around the top of their building, so the French tricolor intermittently becomes the Russian tricolor. Ooops.
