My second thought on hearing Gaetz was being nominated for AG was, IF he gets confirmed, a LOT of smart lawyers are gonna win their cases against him & the DOJ at circuit courts & at the Supreme Court level because Gaetz is neither smart on the law nor mature enough to be even making legal decisions for the DOJ to pursue. A weak AG will be good for “The Resistance”. 👊

The head of the DOJ doesn't have to be a smart lawyer. He just has to not make all the smart lawyers resign, which is what tends to happen under Trump.
When those people go into private industry, you don't get them back.
