Consequences.
Attacking Federal officers (National Park Police).
Stealing and burning Federal property (the flags in front of Union station are fed owned).
Open support for proscribed violent terrorist groups.
Vandalism of national monuments.
Violent threats and intimidation of Jews and other citizens.
Everybody arrested on the scene was released with a $50 spot fine and no other charges.
